Located in Melbourne CBD, Basis Psychology provides individual therapy for adults (18+). Sessions are 50 minutes and available in person at our Collins St rooms or via telehealth. Therapy may be helpful for individuals experiencing: - Anxiety, panic, or worry - Depression or low mood - Obsessive compulsive disorder - Bipolar disorder - Life transitions - Stress or burnout - Relationship challenges - Difficulties managing emotions - Self-esteem - Grief and loss - Perfectionism - Psychosis - Workplace issues Dr Jayasinghe has a special interest in supporting family members and caregivers of people with serious mental health difficulties as well as people from culturally diverse backgrounds, including those navigating migration and cultural adjustment.
